How do Subdomains work?

A sub-domain is a separate address that is part of a registered domain name, PleaseVisit.com.  The "www" you are accustomed to seeing in front of most domain names is actually a sub-domain of that domain name.  What we do is add your company name (or any onther words you select), between the "www" and the domain name to create a new URL (web address)   that you can use as your unique web page address.  A good example of this type of sub-domain is used by AOL in their address search.aol.com.  You can use your new name with or without the "www" in front of it.

Examples:

Company Name Subdomain
Smith Food Company SmithFoods.PleaseVisit.com
Smith Food Company Groceries.PleaseVisit.com
Happy Hotel in Miami Happy-Hotel.PleaseVisit.com
Happy Hotel in Miami Miami.PleaseVisit.com

You will get an email address that sends mail to your existing email address so that your email address and your web address will match! (For example, your email address could be Sales@YourName.Please Visit.com).  You do not need to do anything to your existing email account.  We take care of all that.  You simply give people your new email address and receive the email just as if they were writing to your real email address.  The big advantage is that if you change your ISP (dial-up provider), you don't have to contact everyone you know to give them your new email address.  You simply tell us to send your mail to your new email account.  You will not have to pay for forwarding fees or worry that you are losing mail!
